we have had problems with latency on the user's home network. when they
would hard wire into their internet router, there was no problems.

I'm sure this has probably been discussed before, but my searches of the
archives aren't finding anything.

We're all still mostly working from home, most of us are accessing our
office desktops via remote desktop. I have one user her lost remote
desktop access last week (whole 'nother story), so has switched to using
her ACS session locally on her laptop. Not a big deal as our IBMi is
hosted remote anyway.

But her sessions are timing out after 10 to 15 minutes all day long.
We've played with the keep-alive and timeout settings in her ACS sessions,
but nothing seems to have any affect. I am not able to replicate the
problem with my own local ACS session.

Any suggestions from the experts?

Thanks
