RE: ACS session constantly times out

Not an expert but could it be a problem on the VPN link? We had a consultant attempting to upload a SAVF to our system and it had trouble finishing because the VPN would time out. Since your problem was with remove access to the desktop or direct access to the system I thought it might be the VPN link.

I'm sure this has probably been discussed before, but my searches of the archives aren't finding anything.

We're all still mostly working from home, most of us are accessing our office desktops via remote desktop. I have one user her lost remote desktop access last week (whole 'nother story), so has switched to using her ACS session locally on her laptop. Not a big deal as our IBMi is hosted remote anyway.

But her sessions are timing out after 10 to 15 minutes all day long. We've played with the keep-alive and timeout settings in her ACS sessions, but nothing seems to have any affect. I am not able to replicate the problem with my own local ACS session.

Any suggestions from the experts?
