Sorry about that. Yes, there is a prior message:

CPF4208:
Message . . . . : File xxxxxxxxx in xxxxx not opened.
Cause . . . . . : The open operation of file xxxxxxxx in library xxxxx
failed because of reason code 5: 1 -- Invalid combination of
parameters;
see previous messages in the job log for details. 2 -- Workstation
Customizing Object QCTXPDF in library QSYS not found. 3 -- User not
authorized to Workstation Customizing Object QCTXPDF in library QSYS. 4

Unable to create stream file. Directory does not exist. 5 -- Unable to

create stream file. User is not authorized to the directory. 6 --

This message is what is making me think it is authority related. However,
the user running the job does have authority to the directory. Does this
function require another userid to have access to the directory?
