If James doesn't have the SQL service for this, I can think of one way, using PDM and a user option of DSPUSRPRF that uses the *BASIC option to an OUTFILE with MBROPT that *ADDs - in the library that has the USRPRFs, filter for only that object type, put the user-option on the 1st one, press F13, then press Enter - when done, you should have the info for all of them - and Grouf profile is in the *BASIC info.

There's always the QGYOLAUS List Authorized Users API - use format AUTU0200 to get the group profiles for each user in turn.
