I'm with Paul, sounds like a Power Module.
you might glean something from the this IBM Page referring to ACMODUL:

I would try to get someone at the DC to eyeball or photograph the back of
the system and any expansion trays to try and determine if all the power
supplies have a light on.

I have consulting support available, so what is an ACMODUL, I am

thinking

it is a communication card I no longer use.
We had a power outage last night, a hard shutdown and restart. Yes, a
