again,the files have the exact same attributes, permissions, but simply
vary in size... fileB is larger than fileC...

I believe sndsmtpemm allows up to 10 file attachments. All I am ever
attaching in each of my files is 2 (the filex and another small pdf)
Let me try the command line submission and report back.

If you look at them via wrklnk in the directory they all have

All files get delivered to the recipient correctly except fileC.
