Is this documented anywhere?
If I do a CHGUSRPRF ROB PASSWORD(existing password) it does not reset the
date password last changed. Probably a good thing but is it documented
anywhere?
We have Windows admin's who are always trying to game the system by
changing their passwords to their existing password, and IBM Secure
Identity Manager sends that to IBM i but it doesn't reset the date password
last changed and they wonder why their shares don't work.
