Hi Roberto,

Just to let you know we ended up using a remote output queue to enable
printing - PJL and SNMP did not work.

One problem we were not aware of as we did not have access to the printer
was that the installer set up a department code and the spool files were
just accumulating on the machine.

Once the department code requirement was removed printing started working.

We do have a small issue where one of our forms is now printing like a
double line under a total box but all else seems to be working fine
