If the authority is not present for a user, the the DSPOBJD as coded will
not show it.
If you knew the exact library the DSPOBJD would give authority error if
sufficient authority did not exist.
If you use the SQL object_statistics it would show the object name and
library but not its details.
That inconsistency between interfaces imho is not good.
I know “security by obscurity” is not the best setup, but what you don’t
see....

Just after midnight, a program reads the journals that are linked to our
customer file, for the preceding days transactions, and collects
customera separate file We then use this separate file to determine which
Todayrecords changed, and then perform analysis on those changed records
valuewe have over 34.7 million records that the field JOPGM contains the
DoesLVSRV03 There is no such program/object on our system with that name
subscribe,anyone recognize that name and if so, what does it do Depending on what
LVSRV03 is and does, I will need to change the program that reads that
extracted file to handle this
