Plenty of ways to address that issue at runtime by adding a couple of more
CL statements before executing the RUNQRY command.

Something like this would write the new file ("outfile") to the same
library that the "primary" source file CUST is in

DCL VAR(&tgtlib) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10)

RTVOBJD OBJ(CUST) OBJTYPE(*FILE) RTNLIB(&tgtlib)

RUNQRY QRY(myQuery) QRYFILE((CUST)) +

OUTTYPE(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(&tgtlib/outfile *FIRST *RPLMBR)

Could also introduce a data area to hold the target library name in
dev/test/prod environment respectively, and retrieve that value in the CL
prior to executing the RUNQRY command

Part of the issue is that the output library for any files being created
need to be overridden as well.
When I try to include the output file it says there are many files
specified.
