We also, like George, use StandGuard Anti-Virus from Help Systems.
Also, we almost never map our IFS and if we do, it's for VERY LIMITED amounts of time.
ACS gives us all we need to work with the IFS.
We did run into an issue with help Systems at one point. They recommended how to change StandGuard due to LicPgm 5733OPS being Out of Service. There is a jobscde that runs that performs a daily AVUPDATE. Their instructions were not coherent at the time. We had to re- engineer the entire process and it is also done via ACS Open Source Pkg Mgmt and through the Standuard AVMENU.
The update attributes change from *FTP to *WGET.

I'm wondering what folks are doing for anit-virus on IBMi or AIX, basically IBM Power. I know we don't get viruses, but we can pass them on through our systems. Wondering if folks are paying for specific solutions for IBM Power, or just running another 3rd party against the IFS......
