Hello all,

Got a question for the group. We have a setup within one of the plants in my company where there is a PC set up with a printer next to it. For some reason that I haven't been able to figure out, the Client Access display session HAS to have a specific name for the printed output generated on that PC to go to the printer that's next to it. From what I can see both in the device description for the display and from the way the user profile is set up, there's nothing that's explicitly directing the output to go to that printer. All I know is that if the session name for the display is changed, all of a sudden the output goes to the default PRT01 printer instead of the output queue of the printer right next to it. Is there a setting somewhere within Client Access, or somewhere else, that I'm missing that might make this kind of condition occur? I'm thinking maybe it has custom programming somewhere that makes it do it but I wanted to eliminate the possibility of it being a setting someplace first. Hopefully I've explained this clearly enough. Any insight on this would be most appreciated. Thanks!
