I had some issues setting up the service tools server for the virtual optical on the client system.
1) I'm using CMN03, which has its Port Virtual Ethernet (VLAN ID) set to 11 in the HMC profile. 
This did not work, had change it 0 for it to work, (0 is the default).
This doesn't make sense, why?
2) For the Internet address, I was trying to use the same IP I used for the Network Install, 172.17.23.8.
This also did not work.
I had to pick a non-used IP, 172,17.23.9.
Why.
These were both recommend by IBM Comm support.
