1) I wanted to confirm the media or downloads needed for a V7R3 to V7R4 upgrade.

From my previous V7R3 upgrade, I also had the below, but not finding a V7R4 version.
Is there a V7R4 version or do use the V7R3 version?

2) Is there any purpose in ordering the physical media from IBM any longer, which is now chargeable around $400.00?
I used to keep the I_BASE_01 readily available as an alternate boot option.
