/usr/bin/iconv -f *source_ccsid* -t *target_ccsid* httpd.conf >
new_httpd.conf
... will output a translated file to new_httpd.conf then backup the old one
and rename the new one.
You can see the -f*rom* and -t*o* choices with /usr/bin/iconv -l
