RE: Must Gather Tools and a new feature I just found out about!

I opened a case yesterday. Even before IBM contacted me I attached the MG data.
IBM quickly resolved my problem by saying something to the effect of use a different browser.

However, here is the new item I found. The technician sent me a nice PDF report titled:

Is there a way to get that PDF without opening a ticket with IBM? In other words, if I use SYSSNAP, can I see those errors without waiting for feedback from IBM?
