No, that's not what I was trying to express.

Allow me to rephrase:
- Don't try to solve social problems with technology. If there's one mischief-maker in a shop, he will make mischief, no matter what.
- Find an CxO-approved, acceptable balance between security (to prevent unauthorized access system wide, not bound to the ways data is accessed), comfort (so workers can achieve their duties with a minimum of frustration) and effort to provide additional layers of access restrictions between what the OS already can do and the user is normally allowed to do (by providing an application which only allows to do certain tasks).

In short: Stay reasonable.
