All V7R3 group PTFs are available for download, including those needed for TR8, even though there is no actual TR8.

SF99727: 730 Technology Refresh with TR8 or microcode with RESAVE IBM i
7.3 TR8 GA RS 730-K RE20091, for me it is convenient to wait a bit and I
prefer to download All at the same time.
