We use the Cisco DUO Mobile phone app and Cisco VPN. I don't think we punched holes in the firewall for RDP, iACS, etc. It's all done via the VPN, I believe. Once you are in the VPN you are given a special IP address. In fact, I could query my 5250 sessions and I could tell you who are coming in via VPN via what firewall (we have a few different ones) just by their IP address. It will be a "local" one, 10.10.SpecialSubnet.something. So, you'd only have to open those ports to that subnet. But since you probably have them open for all of your 10. addresses...
