BRMS sometimes saves entire IFS -- MIDRANGE-L

Has anyone ever encountered a situation where BRMS is configured to do an incremental save of BRMS but executes a full save anyway? In our environment, we do a full save of the IFS every Saturday, and incrementals on Sunday through Friday. This morning, as an example, BRMS ran what looks to be a full save.
