We open ACS with shortcuts to the HOD file.
Because we're configured with &COMPN*= Generate, we only needed one HOD file with shortcut per LPAR.
This one is shared by all users.
Made configuration and maint of ACS users simple.

We don't have shortcuts to the EXE. The HOD files are just set to Open With the IBM-supplied 64 bit Windows EXE.
