The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Tools like GitBucket (or GitHub, et al) provide a nice web interface to
make it easier to look at the code, view history, have discussions about
it, etc.
The actual server-side of the Git software does not require this... it's
already built-in to Git itself.
It has nothing to do with who is "King of the Mountain", exactly. You
could potentially make a host without any web UI be the "master repo"
(i.e. King of the Mountain.)

Thank you for clarifying Charles, that was my basic understanding. Is it
also a best practice may be to establish a centralized Repository so there
is one "king of the mountain"? Maybe that's where the aforementioned
GitBucket might be a solution?
