We are using CGIDEV2 to create .xlsx spreadsheets with much success. We are now trying to create spreadsheets that contain Unicode data (Traditional Chinese). The issue we are having is that the Unicode data being written to the associated template.xml file is not being translated properly. See below sample. The 1st 3 rows are what is written to sheet1.xml(There are also embedded Shift In and Shift Out characters between the English and Chinese Text), the next 3 rows show the actual values(when displayed via sql script).

<c r="O3" s="3" t="str"><v>CSX WORLD TERMINALS HONG KONG LTD</v></c>
<c r="P3" s="4" t="str"><v>*$ë%)éí¦)éí¦ìôÁ?/âÄt</v></c>
<c r="Q3" s="4" t="str"><v>Aè¨<ÞBè¨(÷<î(YARD AREA)</v></c>

Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Mike
