I've never heard of a virus that actually runs on IBMi. The biggest virus threats that I know of are, the IFS being a carrier and crypto-locker type malware on infected PCs attacking NetServer shares.

At one time someone said there has never been an i-Series virus in the wild? Never knew if it was true then or not.
