IBM has a test PTF out which will remove that blank share after the upgrade to 7.4 so it won't require a refresh. No special action as the next time you do a STRTCPSVR *NETSVR after this PTF is applied it will remove the blank share.
DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE73116 :
-----------------------------------------------
After an upgrade to IBM i 7.4, the list of IBM i NetServer
shares contains a blank entry which cannot be removed.
NetServer does not make a blank share available to clients, and
server function works normally.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE73116 :
-----------------------------
The IBM i NetServer share configuration file
(/QIBM/UserData/OS400/NetServer/QAZLSSHR) required a format
change that was performed on first touch of the configuration
file. An extra control entry that appears when the shares are
viewed through the IBM i NetServer APIs or IBM Navigator for i
was added during file conversion.
The PTF removes the extra control entry from the configuration
file and prevents the control entry from being displayed in the
future.
