Yes they can get it. Loading them will blow out a few PTF groups so they’ll have to respin their PTFs afterward. Be careful with the PTFs...if they’re way back they run the risk of overloading the link loader. I’d just slip the LIC first before the PTF/LPP work.

Also they’d best be on extended maintenance for 7.1. And get a SAVE 21.
