Got a customer with a V7R1 box (an E4D).
They currently have the V6R1 Java installed (5761JV1, with options 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13).
They need Java 7 or 8 (options 14-17).
When we asked them, we got back,
Do not see that in our Licensed Programs and not sure how to add it
What do I tell them?
