I've never worried about it. Of course, I always send the resulting stream file to other systems that don't comprehend CCSID. I just checked and it looks like mine are 65535.

What problem is this causing for you?

Thanks

Subject: SQL Blob CCSID

Using SQL to retrieve a JPG to a STMF. How do I specify the CCSID? I'm setting these variables:

BLOB_NAME = filepath
blob_nl = %len(filepath)
blob_fo =SQFOVR

I'm googling trying to figure this out. Thank you.
