I got this message a few months after applying PTF 5733SC1-SI70819, which upgraded OpenSSH to OpenSSH_8.0p1, OpenSSL 1.1.1c 28 May 2019.
It also disabled older, weaker algorithms (ssh-dss) and ciphers, causing production SFTP file transfers to fail. - no matching host key type found. Their offer: ssh-dss.

You have options.
1) edit /QOpenSys/QIBM/UserData/SC1/OpenSSH/etc/ssh_config adjust as needed.
2) Have the remote adjust their settings.

did a whois 185.202.1.240 and the results say it is a problem IP in Russia.

the message says it was sent by program QP2USER2.

how do I more closely monitor this type of message ?
