Of course they are.
Currently we do this once a quarter. I don't see that changing unless performance gets a lot worse. Right now it's pretty good.
So I'm even more confused about your intention to post your last mail.
You might also try rcltmpstg but I guess since your report showed the Database Segment Cache to be the main culprit, it won't help much.
