The IBM doc for msg id CPPEA12 led me to
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/POWER7/p7ece/sasraidadapbat72x74x.htm
which indicates this is a "customer activity". I know they do not have IBM
service - so how does someone figure out the right parts to buy - or is
this something one should not attempt (I'm not a hardware guy..but am
familiar with IBM's documentation flow). Operations ignored all the
warnings and not they are failed.
