That's the same set of options I use to create an XLSX (which is a zipped file) from its constituent XMLs and other files. No extra anything!

It is my understanding that the M(in the string -cfM) prevents the manifest from being created. This string also produces a .ZIP that when the user opens it, they only see a "list" of objects; they do not have to "drill" down a directory structure to get to the "list" of objects.
