Having the CPYTOARCF command is nice, but the JAR utility in QShell or PASE can give you the ZIP without that extra file. You use certain command options, one of which suppresses the creation of a Manifest.

When the .ZIP is created: a directory structure: home>temp>ZIPCPYTOARC>file.pdf is "included" in .ZIP file.

Is there any way to "not have" the directory structure in the .ZIP file... ie when you "click" on the file, the file.pdf is the only thing in the list?
