Well - the last 30 years showed one little issue:

- you can agree in a contract with a provider about almost everything you want
- you will find out about the reality if your need comes into a request

btw - latest and greatest OS at day 1 of GA is... well... interesting. Most customers here wait some months,
then start with the Test / Dev environments and the Prod will be updated about 6 months after GA.

But as said - if the customer wants to, the provider should have to do.
