Why replace? Do you need the space? Do you want to get rid of higher "keep batteries charged" power draw (compared to a smaller model)? If it's working fine, I'd leave it until the next battery replacement would be necessary and then calculate if a new UPS is cheaper. At least that's what I'd do.
