Is there a system catalog or SQL service which shows the REUSEDLT setting
on a file? I looked at the SYSTAB* catalogs but didn't see anything. I
want to see which files in a library still have REUSEDLT set to *NO. Tried
to not do DSPFD to an *OUTFILE but ended up having to.
