Hello Gary,

Does anyone have or know of an adapter that I can connect to a PC to test a SCSI drive from an AS/400.

I just need the proper adapter and power cable to see if the drive is working.

Maybe someone has the voltage specs on the power plug for these drives?

I don't know if they are all the same or some are different. The one I need to test is from an AS/400 150.

I think you need this one.

Maybe you could find a dealer who has it nearby you.

The voltage specs are irrelevant, since it's all standardized a loooong time ago. They're all the same.

But if you only seek for power, you can also plug the disk into another outlet of the 150, maybe from the tape or the CD-ROM. If you pull the SCSI plug from the board, nothing bad can happen when you pull power to end your test.

Good luck!
