Why spend a single cent on enhancing V7R2. It goes away soon.

Adding TLS to 7.3 is "under consideration" and has been deemed a priority by
both COMMON Europe and COMMON Americas
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=135053
Some are pushing hard for 7.2 also but others are willing to throw that one
under the bus, if necessary.

You can add your vote. I won't as I'm an all 7.4 shop.
Would I have some hesitations about 7.4? Maybe. Do I still have some test
PTF's on it that are not resolved fully? Yes.

If they do that to force people to a new OS and possibly hardware I'd cry
foul.

I would contact IBM support directly. There's no reason at LEAST v7r3
shouldn't support TLS 1.3.

Thanks Rob,
Customers is requesting to be able to connect using the Apache-server, so
according to your documents that's not available on i 7.3 yet.
My searches doesn't return what I am expecting but upgrading to i os 7.4
is the only available solution?
