PASE_DEFAULT_UTF8 set to N and things will go back to normal.

Now, I am searching and not finding any information on how to specify a
CCSID on the QSH JAR command.

It's not grabbing the CCSID from the parent folder, as that is 1252 in
this case.

Any ideas?
