Re: IBM i support

Its sure not like it used to be in the 80 and 90s that's for sure. I
remember calling and talking to the developers because they worked on that
part of the software, and wanted to help.

These days they'd rather pay first level support to just drag out the
process.

Even when I tell a customer to contact IBM for support since it appears to
be an issue with their OS, APIs, etc, I can just feel a disgusting sign
from across the phone.
