Probably don't need to ask, but is Firewall set to *YES and Mail Router set
to the same value as forwarding mail hub server in CHGSMTPA?

As Jack said, yahoo (and what used to be hotmail.com) were very picky about
reverse DNS lookups. Usually if you're using a proper mail router things
work ok, though.

send to yahoo I get a reply to my work account from
NONDELIVERY@myibmi.myibmidomain<mailto:NONDELIVERY@myibmi.myibmidomain>

Where do I look next? Please, no recommendations to replace IBM smtp with
another product.
