RE: TCP start up

I'll admit that calling a UDTF requiring that it be wrapped with
TABLE ( udtf name, options, etc)
is a new learning experience.
Oftentimes IBM will wrap it with a view.
Sometimes though they should not be wrapped with a view. Especially when they have input parameters, like History_log_info does with
START_TIME => CURRENT TIMESTAMP - 100 DAYS
