RE: IBM support contact preference

I was very frustrated by the phone number issue as we have systems in NV that were moved from WA. We started out listing the phone # for the CoLo, but then they called the CoLo instead of us. Then we tried having the # our WA # and then they would dispatch the incident to the local WA CE.

Finally, we created a google voice # that is local for our NV systems. We set it to forward to me and my colleague. This seems to have solved the problem. We get the calls, they can find the system based on phone #. Why they cant use address, I really don't know.

Add to that the process the uses a phone number to determine where a server is installed. IBM support is living in the last century.
