Thanks Sam, Vern, John and Jack.  I've looked at some of these, but any 
installation that requires Admin authority on a Windows VM won't work 
until I can convince my customers it's worth their effort.  I'm waayy 
down on the list of priorities, so I was looking for a way that one of 
these could access a system through a Citrix Receiver or Remote Desktop 
Gateway or some secure method over the internet.

Looks like I just need to keep bugging them about either setting up a VM 
just for me, or installing some software for me.
