Change this:
ftp> get /qsys.lib/rishi.lib/rs1.file/embsqltxt y:/embsql.txt

to:
ftp> get /qsys.lib/rishi.lib/rs1.file/embsql.mbr y:/embsql.txt
Let me give you further details. Try this:
WRKLNK '/QSYS.LIB/RISHI.LIB/RS1.FILE/*'
Then the .mbr will make perfect sense. On my system:
WRKLNK '/QSYS.LIB/ROB.LIB/QPGMSRC.FILE/*'

AAA.MBR MBR
AAAKEYTRG.MBR MBR
