This is attempting to retrieve from teh AS/400 to a file on the
network.

ftp> get /qsys.lib/rishi.lib/rs1.file/embsqltxt y:/embsql.txt

Should be more like this.

ftp> put y:/embsql.txt /qsys.lib/rishi.lib/rs1.file/embsqltxt
