We use Opentext(Liaison). They are our only AS2 connection. All of our trading partners connect to them. We have a number of trading partners that want to connect direct, but it isn't viable here. We use Cleo(Extol) as our EDI translator.
We have a customer requiring an AS2 connection with Ariba if we want to continue with EDI automation from the IBM i. Otherwise, manual through a portal. I have never set up an AS2 connection and we have GoAnywhere MFT, but the AS2 client/server feature has a cost. We use GXS(OpenText) TrustedLink for i for the EDI translation and for other EDI trading partners. They (GXS) have an AS2 option with BizManager but that is another product with a price. I researched past posts and some of those mention using a Windows PC instead of the IBM i for the AS2 connection. I'm willing to try a Windows PC. Actually, that customer also currently requires us to use some of their own old software running on a Windows PC which pulls from/to IBM i IFS files. I think that is one of the reasons they want to switch. On 8/27/2019 2:35 PM, Craig Strong (craigs@xxxxxxxxx) wrote:
