Can someone give more information about the CALLPRC command?

CALLPRC is handy for having a CL/ILE program call a service
procedure with an optional return value. That is what RTNVAL is for and
why it requires the name of a CL variable as its value. This CL variable
receives the returned value from the service procedure.
