Youth is the future. There are probably 1,000 or maybe 10,000 Python
programmers under the age of 40 for every Rexx programmer in the same
demographic.

I'm not sure we're really keeping IBM all that busy with the 'Request
Denied' rubber stamp :-)

However, some time ago, the RPG lab did an informal poll along these lines:
If you had $100 to spend on these 20 improvements/changes where would
you spend it?

If we had a similar survey for IBM i, I'd spend $1 on Rexx, $99 on
getting us the full GNU build chain so that we can port whatever we need
with the regular make / make install. So that we could pip3 anything we
want. So that the awesome power of the *nix open source world could
become equally available to us.
