Nope. I have both intel and Power based HMCs out there that have not been
rebooted in quite some time, no errors like that.
Did a memory card fail?

No way. Re have over 100 LPARs and 5 servers on our primary vHMC and reboot
it when it gets service. That's it. Never had to reboot for memory. How much
do you have allocated?
