So Don't remove THAT one. :-)

For this reason among others I always name the load source disk unit xxxx_LS and attach it on purpose to the first NWSD as the first drive. (I do the same on Storwize for that matter.)

Often when I install the LIC that is the only drive attached but at the very least that is the only NWSD varied on. The first drive will be SCSI address 0.

There is just something about losing the load source disk unit that's very bad!

As Foghorn Leghorn would say: "Fortunately I keep my feathers numbered for just such an emergency!!"
